1930 | 221 E. 21st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma | The house is a two-story design with a rectilinear plan and a curved corner bay. The exterior walls are stucco. The windows are organized in vertical panels edged with brick trim in a stacked header course. Additional brick accents create chevron and 'x' patterns in the stucco wall panels. Although the windows have been replaced, the 'x' pattern is repeated in the new window muntins, as in the original windows. According to John Brooks Walton in his book, One Hundred Historic Tulsa Homes, "Dr. Lorenzo Latham commissioned a young native Tulsan and Central High School graduate by the name of Bruce Goff to design his dream horne" in 1919. Tulsa architect Paul Uttinger has learned from interviews with the current owners that by the late 1920s the Lathams were in the process of getting a divorce, and their Goff designed home is mentioned in the divorce property documents.
